We are organising a seminar on 15 October for around 30 people.
Outbound: We would like to leave our hotel in Lille at 6 pm and reach an event venue in Marcq-en-Barœul by 6:30 pm.
Return journeys: 12 guests would like to return to the hotel at 11 pm, with the remaining 18 leaving at around 1 am.
Special requirements: We will have 8 suitcases and would like a welcome sign. We would appreciate your advice on the service level.

Navette Lille, operated by Prestige à Bord, coordinates travel for colleagues and guests across Lille and its metropolitan area. From seminars and corporate events to hotel shuttles and station or airport transfers, one point of contact helps you plan the arrangements.

Your programme is prepared for each arrival: train or flight, passengers, luggage, traveller phone number and drop-off address. Quentin checks time slots with partner chauffeurs and allocates journeys before confirming the proposal. For several vehicles, you keep one coordinating contact; each traveller receives their driver’s details. If plans change, send the updated times so that reorganisation options can be checked.
