A conversation before departure

We contact you to prepare collection: address, timing, train or flight, passengers and luggage. Have a particular requirement? We discuss it with you to plan around your needs.

Your driver introduced in advance

Quentin may drive you himself or arrange a partner chauffeur. In either case, your driver receives the agreed journey details and you receive their contact details before departure. You know who will be collecting you.

Clear arrangements on the day

The meeting point is arranged, and your driver welcomes you and helps with your luggage. Your coordinating contact remains the same, while you can contact your driver directly about collection.

Our saloon and partner chauffeurs

Our main vehicle is a white Tesla Model 3 Highland. Depending on your group and luggage, Quentin arranges a saloon or van with an available partner. A van carries up to 7 passengers depending on luggage; larger groups require several vehicles, checked before confirmation.

A delayed flight or a change of plan

Your flight or train number helps us prepare arrival tracking. If your flight, station or timing changes, let us know: Quentin checks the driver’s schedule and possible rearrangements. Another vehicle or partner may be sought subject to availability, with any new terms explained before agreement.

An early departure, planned in advance

Journeys can be arranged around the clock with a booking and confirmed availability. Phone reception is open from 8 am to 8 pm daily: use this time to confirm an early departure, luggage and meeting point. On the day, you have your driver’s contact details for collection.

Transport for older passengers in Lille

You can book for an older relative who travels seated in a standard vehicle without specialist assistance. Arrange the meeting point, destination and proposed return for a visit, outing or appointment. A relative can accompany them; requirements and the itinerary are checked together before confirmation.

A private-hire journey to your medical appointment

A return journey to a surgery, clinic or hospital can be assessed if you can travel in a standard car without medical assistance. The meeting point, any waiting and the return are agreed in the quote.

Non-medical private-hire transport, not approved under the CPAM scheme and at your expense, without reimbursement by Assurance maladie.

Children travelling with an accompanying adult

For a family journey, specify the number and ages of the children, the appropriate child restraints and any luggage. Each child counts as a passenger. The vehicle and restraints must be checked before booking; availability is not assumed.
